Hello, I’m Cynthia, the proud owner and founder of Nava’s Soft Serve. Our journey began in 2020, just before the world changed with the onset of the pandemic. The inspiration behind the business is deeply personal. In 2018, I was pregnant with my first child when I faced serious complications. After an emergency C-section in March 2019, my daughter, Nava, was born at just 1lb 12oz. It was a challenging time, but by God's grace, Nava, our miracle child, is now 5 years old and thriving. We’re also blessed to have a 2-year-old daughter, and both are doing wonderfully.
Nava’s Soft Serve was named after my first-born, honoring her strength and our family’s journey.
